In these terms and conditions:
“Contract” means an unconditional, binding contract for the sale by us and purchase by you of Products which incorporates these Terms and Conditions;
“Order” means an offer by you to purchase Products from us using this website;
“our”, “us”, “we” means Alfie Wild with ABN 67722506048
“Price” means the price of the Products, plus any delivery charges;
“Products” means the goods that we sell on this website;
“Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions of sale;
“Working Day” means Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
“you” and “your” means any person who places an Order.
Orders, delivery and payment
When placing an Order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
A Contract for the supply of Products in accordance with your Order shall only come into existence at the time of despatch of your Products. We may at our discretion elect not to accept an Order (whether as a result of Product not being available, an error in the Product specification, an incorrect Price being stated on the website, or otherwise), although in such circumstances we will of course refund any payment you have already made.
If, following our acceptance of your Order, any Product is out of stock or otherwise not available for delivery in accordance with your chosen delivery method, or if there is any error in the Product listing, we will contact you as soon as practicable by email. You will then have the option of cancelling your Order, following which we will refund any payment you have already made.
Delivery of purchases
We deliver worldwide using Australia Post in Australia, and Pack & Track International, depending on the value and size of your package, and where we are sending it.
When selecting shipping rates please ensure you select the correct country and also shipping band for your Order. Otherwise we will be unable to ship your item to you until outstanding balance is paid.
We endeavour to dispatch each Order placed by you and accepted by us within 4 Working Days. If there are any delays in dispatching your Order, we will contact you via email to give you a new estimated date of delivery. Risk of loss and/or damage to the Products shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your Order.
Parcels within Australia usually take 2-7 Working Days to arrive from date of dispatch. Overseas parcels usually take 7-14 Working Days to arrive from date of dispatch. If your Order does not arrive within 7-21 Working Days please email email@example.com.
Express Post is an option for shipping within Australia. For International express orders please email us for a quote
Please note that if the Order does not arrive within 7 Working Days (within Australia) and we are not notified it could result in the Order being returned. The original postage cost will not be refunded and the same postage costs will apply to re-deliver the items.
Please make sure you send us a valid mailing address and a valid local telephone number for the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach the recipient due to incorrect details. If your Order does not arrive within 21 Working Days (and we had your correct details) we will issue a replacement depending on stock availability. Failing this you will be offered an exchange.
If your Order is being dispatched to a destination outside Australia, it is done so on a duty unpaid basis and you will be solely responsible for any customs, tax or duty charges. Please be aware that these may cause a delay to your delivery.
Refunds and exchanges
Please contact us first before returning any Products. If you are for any reason unhappy with a Product, we will be happy to replace the item for you as long as you return the unused Product with its original packaging and tags (including any hygiene strip) still attached with proof of purchase within 14 Days of receiving the Product. If we find that the Product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the Products in the course of returning Products, and we therefore recommend that you use an insured recorded delivery service.
Please note that you are responsible for return postage and in the case of exchange we reserve the right to make additional charges for postage.
For exchange please send your goods with a prepaid self addressed satchel for us to return the item you exchanged for. In some circumstances we may make an allowance to this rule at our discretion.
Please note we cannot exchange or provide a refund for Products that have been used, worn, damaged or altered in any way, unless such Product was faulty or damaged at the time of delivery to you (in which case please see ‘Damaged Goods’ below). For hygiene reasons, please ensure that all underwear and swimwear are tried on over your child's own underwear, and with the hygiene strip on.There is no refund or exchange of international orders.
There is no refund or exchange on sale items.
If you require a refund, we will refund your paypal for the price paid less postage and packing costs. Refunds will be made within 28 Working Days of the date we receive the returned Product.
If you wish to cancel your Order prior to dispatch, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you Order has already been dispatched you will need to follow the procedure set out above in returns policy.
All products are checked thoroughly prior to being packaged and sent. If a Product you have received is damaged or faulty upon receipt then please inform us within 2 Working Days of delivery. You can return the Product with proof of purchase within 5 Working Days of receiving the Product and we will exchange the Product as promptly as possible within 28 Working Days of the date we receive the damaged Product (or, if you so request, refund the Price).
Please note some denim Products have a ‘worn’ design, which will be mentioned in the Product description on this website and which does not constitute damage. Furthermore, please note that we cannot guarantee that the colours of the Product as they appear on your computer monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the Product on delivery.
The prices of our Products include GST (where applicable). All Prices are shown in Australian Dollars. They do not include any delivery and packing charges. The total cost of your Order, including any delivery and packaging charges, will be displayed and confirmed to you before you place your Order.
We reserve the right to amend our prices whenever necessary to adhere to the RRP of our suppliers and or including extra costs incurred by us.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period and we reserve the right to end any such sale or promotion early.
Despite our every effort to ensure total accuracy, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in respect of the display of prices or any other relevant information displayed on the website. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors (for example refunding and cancelling any Order which is placed at an incorrectly displayed price).
We process all payments securely using Paypal and store no personal details other than at the time of processing.
All Products we supply will be of satisfactory quality. If we deliver a Product to you that is not of satisfactory quality, please see ‘Damaged Goods’ above.
Delay in deliveries
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of goods purchased when the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, snow, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
Types of liability for which we are liable
We are only responsible for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of a Contract. We will not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations under a Contract by anything you (or anyone acting on your behalf) does or fails to do or due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.
All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in this website and its content are owned by or licensed to us or otherwise used by us as permitted by law. In accessing Alfie Wild you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal use. All third party trademarks reproduced in this website, which are not the property of, or licensed by us, are acknowledged.
Use of this website
By placing an Order on this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We may from time to time modify our Terms and Conditions or the information, Prices, specifications and descriptions of Products and delivery services on this website. Any such revision or change will be effective immediately on its posting on the website. Please check these Terms and Conditions on each occasion that you place an Order. Any purchase you make at any time following such posting shall constitute your acceptance of such revisions or changes.
The buyer agrees that he/she is in compliance with their local laws when making a purchase from Alfie Wild.
Since associates and other third parties (such as Paypal) may be involved, we always advise you to ensure that you are aware of their privacy policies.
You can choose to be added to our mailing list and occasionally get an email from us, but you can unsubscribe whenever you like.
When you shop with us we will never pass any of your details on to any 3rd party.
Alfie Wild and or Clare Carter or Elizabeth Carter or anyone affiliated with Alfie Wild can not and will not held responsible for any illness/ injury/ death or damages resulting from the use of something sold on this website.
All items are supplied and all responsibility holds with the manufacturer and the purchaser.
