Shipping and Returns
Shipping in Australia-
Most orders are shipped same day and all are shipped within 2-4 working days unless the product is made to order.
Australia wide flat rate shipping $9
Australia Express $15
FREE SHIPPING Australia wide for orders over $150 unless the item is bulky
Shipping to New Zealand-
We offer flat rate shipping for $20 ( excluding bulky goods)
Rest of the world shipping-
Orders sent internationally will not be trackable. If you wish for your parcel to be tracked please email for a quote. Tracking can greatly increase the cost of shipping depending on your location.
You are responsible for any duties and charges your parcel may incur in your country.
Delivery is via Australia Post until it reaches your country at which point it becomes the responsibility of your postal system.
Some items are bulky and have an extra shipping cost. Please choose the correct option at checkout.
In the event that your order exceeds our regular shipping options you will be emailed a quote for the calculated shipping if you did not select the correct option.
The shipping is not added to your cart until you go through to Paypal.
Australian delivery is usually within 2-10 days of shipping.
Regional areas will take a little longer.
International delivery can take up to four weeks. Usually it is around 14 days.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS-
Please contact us immediately if you wish to exchange your order. This way we can put aside the desired items in anticipation of your return or advise you if they are out of stock.
Returns within Australia will be accepted for exchange credit note, product exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. They must be in original re-saleable condition and packaging. They must not have been washed or used.
Once your exchange item is inspected and approved, your exchange application will be processed. Exchange, credit notes and refunds will be processed as soon as possible-usually the same day.
You are responsible for all shipping costs unless the product is faulty in which case we will refund your shipping. We recommend you send your items back to us in a prepaid satchel with tracking number.
Refunds can not be issued for change of mind.
If your product is faulty we will gladly exchange for the same or similar product subject to availability.
Unfortunately we can not accept any returns ( including faulty or damaged goods) after 14 days or receipt.

If we are able to exchange the item for you, you will be required to send it with a prepaid self addressed satchel for us to send the new item back to you. Please ensure you send the correct size satchel as we can not be held responsible for satchel corrections or rejected parcels from Australia Post.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be as new ( unused/unworn) and with original tags still attached, in the condition they were sent to you and returned to us within 30 days.
All products are checked prior to sending to you. In the rare event there is something wrong with your purchase contact us immediately.

We can not accept refunds for sale items
We can not accept refunds for international orders. If you wish to exchange an item you may do so- please contact us and you will be responsible for the shipping costs here and back to you.
