Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Alfie Wild order but we understand sometimes things aren't quite right.
Please contact us immediately if you wish to exchange your order. This way we can put aside the desired items in anticipation of your return or advise you if they are out of stock and present options to you. We never want you to miss out.
Returns within Australia will be accepted for exchange credit note, product exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds can not be issued for change of mind but we will happily exchange.
If your product is faulty we will gladly exchange for the same or similar product subject to availability. If this is not an acceptable option to you we will gladly refund.
Unfortunately we can not accept any returns ( including faulty or damaged goods) after 14 days of receipt.

If we are able to exchange the item for you, you will be required to send it with a prepaid self addressed satchel for us to send the new item back to you. Please ensure you send the correct size satchel as we can not be held responsible for satchel corrections or rejected parcels from Australia Post.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake in which case we will refund your shipping. We recommend you send your items back to us in an Australian Post red prepaid satchel with tracking number.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be as new ( unused/unworn) and with original tags still attached, in the condition they were sent to you and returned to us within 14 days. Please send us shipping confirmation so we know when to expect it in case there are delivery delays.
All products are checked prior to sending to you. In the rare event there is something wrong with your purchase contact us immediately so we can fix it for you.
Once your exchange item is inspected and approved, your exchange application will be processed. Exchange, credit notes and refunds will be processed as soon as possible-usually the same day.
